You offer
- Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent qualification with experience in financial accounting
- Profound knowledge in the DATEV booking system (accountancy, including payment transactions and cost accounting modules)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Very good German language skills, sufficient English language skills (can be improved through further training if necessary)
You can expect
- Accounting, bookkeeping, and controlling
- Coding and posting of accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking transactions, and general ledger accounts
- Preparation of VAT returns as well as summarizing tax-related reports
- Assistance in preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Review and posting of travel expense reports
- General administrative tasks and maintenance of master data
