New campus with a modular structural concept and integrated OpenBIM planning
Project
The new single-storey Geberit Campus in Pfullendorf brings together a training centre, exhibition spaces and a brand environment beneath a striking, cantilevered flat roof. Three distinctive reinforced concrete volumes penetrate the roof plane, structuring the open pavilion and articulating the company’s core areas of expertise as distinct spatial entities.
The roof is designed as a steel structure. A modular structural concept ensures the building’s flexible expandability. Developed collaboratively within a shared 3D model, the project exemplifies a consistently implemented integrated OpenBIM process.
