The four-story building is upbeat acts as eye-catcher for the enlargement of the pedestrian zone in Eindhoven. The concrete structure is covered with a free-form triangular mesh, which acts as both the roof and facades. The course follows the main lines of the dynamic form of the design. Special nodes allow the necessary directional changes of the mesh, which has a sizes of about 1.80 m in the lower part of the building and decrease slightly towards the top. The meshes are aluminium sandwich panels filled with opaque and transparent glass. These are fixated to specific points. The rods are made of welded rectangular profiles with a size of 65 x 50 mm. Because of their exposure, the rods were optimized accordingly. The shell is connected in a 5 m grid by aligning with the ceiling and the base points.
