Do you have extensive practical experience with digital work processes in the construction industry, ideally in the BIM planning of buildings?

 

Knippers Helbig (GmbH) is an innovative, internationally active engineering company with approx. 75 employees in Stuttgart, New York and Berlin. We are a highly motivated, young and dynamic team of engineers, architects, designers and drafters. Our projects are versatile and cover all fields of structural engineering and façade consultancy. They range from conventional building construction via roof and façade design to bridges, airports and sports stadiums.

 

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager (f/m/d) at the earliest possible date. The position is mainly intended to cover cross-location management of the BIM / digitisation area, BIM management in actual practice and the enhancement of existing work processes and methods.

 

Your tasks

  • Cross-location management of the Knippers Helbig BIM department
  • Advancement and establishment of BIM methods
  • Optimisation of the BIM workflow
  • esting and evaluating building models
  • Creation of cost and time schedules
  • Coordination with planning partners
  • Development of BIM workflow charts and interface lists
  • Superordinate contact person for employees with questions regarding the BIM process and software

 

Your profile

  • Successfully completed univeristy degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or Computer Science
  • Ideally additional training in the field of BIM
  • Working experience with BIM projects in the construction industry
  • Proficient in the use of CAD/BIM programs, including Solibri, Navisworks and Revit
  • Ideally knowledge of parametric planning tools such as Grasshopper / Rhino and Dynamo
  • Fluent German and excellent command of English
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and high team spirit
