You offer
- Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience (typically over 5 years) in a comparable position or completed degree in Business Administration
- Profound knowledge of the DATEV booking system (accountancy, including payment transactions and cost accounting modules)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for spreadsheet calculation
- Proven expertise in handling digital data
- Very good German language skills, sufficient English language skills (can be improved through further training if necessary)
You can expect
- Independently conducting accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank transactions as well as account reconciliations
- Preparation of VAT returns and consolidation of tax-related reports
- Provide support in accounting and controlling
- Autonomous handling of accounts receivable management
- Assistance in preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Preparation of tax filings both domestically and internationally
- Review and posting of travel expense reports
- Collaboration in the enhancement of internal processes
